Refund Policy

You will have the right to withdraw (full or partial) from the purchase of a service you have made through GoGetSMS, for any or no reason, for up to 7 calendar days from your purchase (the “Refund Period”), subject to the following limitations:

a) You expressly acknowledge, consent and agree that you will no longer have the right to withdraw from the purchase of the service or obtain a full refund if, the "Refund Period" expires, the "Usage Process" for the service has begun. Once the usage process for the service has begun, you will no longer have the right to withdraw from the purchase of the service or obtain a full refund, and the sale, purchase and payment will be final.

b) You expressly acknowledge, consent and agree that the "Usage Process" of a service begins when:

(1) you have used your balance or it’s part for services.

(2) an activation (refill code) is redeemed by you through your account (you have seen the code).

You could be entitled to a refund of remaining balance, it will be returned to the account you have paid from. We won't refund any promotional balance or any balance that hasn't been redeemed to your GoGetSMS account.

You’ll also be charged the additional 15% refund fee.
