Number rental allows for long-term usage of the same number across one or multiple services.
Select the country, preferred service and choose the period from the drop-down menu. You will receive a phone number, which will be displayed in the "Rental" section.
It is recommended to anonymize your registration by clearing cookies and cache, using clean proxies, etc. when using the phone number to ensure maximum security.
Can I prolong my number?
Whilst the rental period is not over, there’s a possibility to prolong the number for 30 days.
How long can I rent a number for?
The maximum rental period for a number is 90 days, with a guarantee provided.
What should I do if I was unable to prolong my number?
If the rental period has ended, the number is moved to the archive (order history). If the prolong button is active, the phone number can be restored from the archive.
Can I end the rental before the term?
Yes, you can end the rental before the term. Once you have finished using the number, you can end the rental by clicking the "finish" button.
What is the refund policy for unused rental days?
No refunds will be given for used numbers that have received SMS without any issues. Refunds are only considered for instances where there are problems with the number that cannot be resolved, and each case is evaluated on an individual basis.
Can I cancel my order?
If no SMS has been received, the order can be canceled within 15 minutes from the moment of payment.
